So... I did have to wait a little longer than I expected for the return to get sorted, but the refund came through just fine in the end.

I’d say blackpink-merch.com was easy to browse overall. The menu felt clear enough, and I was able to find things like hoodies and albums without having to click around a ton. The product pages loaded fine for me too, at least when I was using it.
The only thing I noticed is that the filters could maybe be a bit better, especially for stuff like sizes or hiding sold-out items. Checkout was straightforward though and didn’t feel confusing. Overall, I had a good experience with the site, even if it’s not totally perfect.

My package arrived when they said it would, which I really appreciated. The tracking updates were a little slow to show sometimes, but overall everything went smoothly 👍

Got this hoodie and it looked okay at first, but the print was kinda blurry imo. The fabric feels thin, and after one wash I already noticed loose threads in the stitching. Shipping was fine, no issues there, but for the price, the quality just isn’t worth it to me lol.

I ordered a Blackpink hoodie from Blackpink Merch my first thought was that the print was going to be a little cheap-looking, but it’s actually good. The colors came out clear and the design isn’t blurry, which was the main thing I was worried about.
I washed it once already and quickly assumed something would start cracking, but nope, it still looks fine. If I stare at it closely, I maybe notice the tiniest bit of fading on one edge, but it’s not something you’d really see unless you were looking for it.
I’d give it 4 stars because the print is nice for the price, just not what I’d call super premium. Still, I’m happy with it and I’d wear it without thinking twice.
